limited edition pieces
all wollepluis prints and products are created and printed in the netherlands, either by hand or done by local companies. items are made in limited numbers or completely made to order. wollepluis being a one-woman-show, orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. made to order pieces might take a little while longer, of which i’ll always make sure to keep you posted.

the faq
what are your shipping costs and do you ship to my country?
when proceeding to the checkout, your smart little shopping cart will add the shipping costs (€8,50) for you. i ship with postnl. all shipping costs include 21% btw. at this moment, the wollepluis store only provides shipping to addresses within the netherlands.
however, i’d be happy to ship to your country! if you live outside of the netherlands and are interested in purchasing any of the wollepluis pieces, please get in touch with me through email or instagram.
when will my order be shipped?
i’ll make sure to send out your parcel as soon as i possibly can. as wollepluis is a one-woman-show, it may sometimes happen that an order will come in when i’m not in the atelier. i’ll however make sure to ship out your items within 2-5 working days.
if an item is in backorder, this might take a little while longer. i’ll make sure to keep you up to date on the planned shipping date. although things might take a little longer, I can assure you your order is handled with great care and love.
is it possible to place a custom order or purchase a sold-out piece?
if you’ve spotted a certain piece that’s no longer available, please let me know. i’m happy to see what I can do for you: depending on the kind of piece(s) you’re looking for, I might be able to create a custom order. please note that it might take a little while longer for custom orders to be completed.
is it possible to return my order?
if you aren’t pleased with your order, please don’t feel ashamed to get in touch with me through email. items should be returned within 14 days from delivery to be eligible for a refund. personalised items unfortunately aren’t eligible for returns and refunds.
before shipping your order, i make sure the items i send you are in perfect condition and very carefully wrapped and packaged. after the parcel has left my little atelier, i unfortunately am no longer able to guarantee a safe delivery. however: if your items get damaged in transit, please let me know. i’m here to help you out and find a suitable solution to the problem.
when will new pieces be added to the store?
wollepluis is a small design atelier. as wollepluis isn’t my main job, new pieces are added to the shop on an infrequent basis. however, i always make sure to post a notification on my instagram account well in advance. if you’d like to keep updated on new additions to the shop, you’re welcome to give me a follow!
how do i take care of my wollepluis pieces?
all the limited edition prints are made on 300+ grams, quality paper, that doesn’t yellow over time. however, prints still do love to be framed behind glass, to keep them extra protected and free of dust.
wollepluis' clothing pieces and accessoires are made of heavy weight quality cotton(blends). as for washing clothing, please make sure to not wash your pieces above 40 degrees celsius. also try to make sure not to iron the print and not use a tumble dryer. that way your piece stays in its best possible shape.
